So I might be a little late to the party but screw it. I had WAAAY too much fun here. So for those who don't know for awhile before the Will Smith Genie took over, There is this meme that Shaggy from Scooby Doo was the most powerful being in the entire universe. Here I draw Shaggy taking on the most powerful heroes: The Incredible Hulk, Son Goku, Superman and Saitama from One Punch Man. And defeats them all! I seriously love this meme.
