Looks like fine start for a comic book indeed - the aircraft looks like F-22 Raptor https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_Martin_F-22_Raptor and the tank resembles mid-war models of Panzer IV https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzerkampfwagen_IV
