The inner city cowboy!

Yeah its Krackle the usually laid back and kind guy. He can be very headstrong, and not hear a word of advice his peers give him when he thinks they're all wrong.<br />

Krackle does know how to treat a lady but his ego quite often trips him up.<br />
<br />
He loves any chance to fight,as long as its for a reputable cause. Fighting helps <br />
him wear out extra electricity.<br />

His enemy would be for the most part the elemental cult.<br />
<br />
Krackle was intended to be trained by his cult radical parents to be a powerful cult warlord, however they were killed before his serious training had begun. His parents enemies nor the government had any knowledge or documentation of his existance, so he fleed the scene falling through the cracks and onto the streets. He lived alone on the streets for a few years and gained a lot of enemies by pickpocketing and evading gangsters.
