Moonstruck with rage!

Krackle's clothes were made to hold his electric powers down, but alot of responsiblty still belongs to Krackle to keep it in check. Krackle rarely truely gets angry, but if he does lose his temper the clothes are not going to stop him from surging with electricity. If Krackle recklessly unleashed his full charge he could destroy a city block. Krackle does not kill people not even enemies, so if he did this and innocentpeople got hurt or killed he'd never forgive himself. Krackle trained with Dart for two years to learn to control his powers.
