Description
Bolt is Krackle's long lost brother that Krackle no doubt wishes stayed lost! He is a member of the elemental cult a group of elementals that want to take overthrow the government and take control. Unlike Krackle Bolt is cool headed, quick-witted and very selfish and uncaring. He is the older one something that galls Krackle to no end. They both have electric powers and are about evenly matched. Bolt likes Serena also a definate conflict
