The usual done in MS Paint, but then hand blured in elements to smooth edges. I entered to add more intrest in the contest. I'm THINKING about started an MS Paint bare bitmap start, contest. Main rule being you only are only allowed to use MS Paint. please tell me what you think of the idea...;D
