Normal OCs are bland. Psychotic OCs are interesting and... tasty. (Sorry, I had to continue the extended food metaphor. XD) 
 
Nice picture, by the way. I like the face... sort of gentle and sweet-looking... but evil... 0_o And the outfit too, of course.
