This is a cool drawing. The only things I see wrong with it proportional are his arms. THere a bit too slender, he's more muscular then that.
Also, I see a problem with his ear. It should be bigger. The bottom of an ear should line up with the nose, and the eye should be strait across from the top.

Hey cool it is Kakashi ANBU style! Kakashi is my favorite character from Naruto. Mabe you could work on little things like fingers but other than that great job on the pic!^^~BD
