Zelynk, Chidori is Kakashi's original tecunique. It is his best (I think). Chidori in Japanese means 'chirping of a thousand birds' but his move is otherwise called Lightning Edge or Lightning Blade.To the maker of this pic... I LOVE IT! I love images of Kakashi doing Chidori.
I think his eye needs to be a bit more anime-ish, and his hair needs to be more fluffly. 85 out of 100 for quality.
He also needs some shading.
