One of the best attemps at cell-shading. I personally love this picture. I was originally just going to put Blues speaking in Japanese (I think I wrote what I was trying to say right...), but lots of people on DA got mad at me for not putting translations. So now I do. If you happened the Neko episode in original Japanese, then you should know that while the Navis could still speak, they said "nya" or "nyan" alot. Which means "meow". Blues so should have been in that episode.
