Don't Talk to Strangers

So, I've been working on this for a very long time and it's finally done! It was mostly just photoshop practice that turned into something cool! I really like this and I'm really proud of it! ^^
Man, I love drawing monsters.. XD This guy's based off of a viper fish (no, not an angler fish) that is an ocean bottom dweller. A friend of mine Christened him Fred ^^ And the little guy doesn't have a name I guess... and I'm not sure what kind of fish he's based on, but I love his colors!
