Ooh, yes, his proper costume design has a collar on it. But I don't really like the picture I drew so I'm not posting it. I'll draw him properly some time though!
This is a really really good character set =) I likes teh look of this dude (but had to scrap a few ideas for my own thanks to him XP MEAN) for some reason I think he'd look cool with a choker or collar or something around his neck....I'm weird O.o
