NO right off the bat this is not some "Hit List" if you will.
This list is mainly a funny list of people who make fun of our Mixed Nuts group that we know of. we do not wish any harmful things upon these people. but they're names are on the list as a filler for our " who's in the way of Miharu's dictator dream"
If anything, a lot more people who were joking about assassinating her should be on here, but as you can tell Lyra and I are grinning evilly for these will be the first in our torture chamber LOL.
