i have just read chapter 365 and there is no answer...well at first i was kinda : "What, Tobi is the guy behind the Leader and akatsuki!!???" that was kinda of a suprise...!
and, i kinda always thought that maybe tobi could actually be Obito, cause of the mask...and now the sharingan. but then, like you say, didnt he died?...and why would he have gone sorta "evil". And they call him "the third surviving Uchiha" so now, just like you,i have no clue who it is...
well i guess we will find out pretty soon

ohh i have to download the next chapter then...hmm..surviving uchiha..hmm...then it could be tobi...but then he would have to have half his whole body in mask or something..couse the falling rocks smashed his half of body..the eye is in the right place...but maybe its like with the pain..everyone thought it is 4th but turned out it wasnt..
yeah youre right..well find it out pretty soon..ahh cant wait..:P
