This is my OC for Whispering Sands 
 
Name: Kazuma,
 I didn't give him a last name because it seems like every Naruto character from the Sand village only has just a first name

Age: 16 1/2 yrs.
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 182 lbs.
Known relatives: Kazujin (father:deceased). Sunahara (mother: missing) 1st Kazekage (ancestor)  
Ninja Rank: Doesn't have an official rank, about Chunin or Special Jonin
 
Abilities:
Whip lash Whirlwind jutsu: traps and leaves deep whip marks
Demon Wind jutsu: summons invisible demons
Air Bullet jutsu: large blast of air pressure from the mouth.
Traceless Steps jutsu: creates a focused air current just above the ground, and like the walking on water tech. he can walk on it. makes him faster, unable to track, and quieter when sneaking up on someone.  
 
Weapons:
Sword "Great Divider": oddly shaped, aero dynamic (gaps) releases a large amount of wind pressure  
Fujin Cloak: made from an fabricated unknown metal, helps wearer to levitate and jump high, resistant against heat, can transform from a scarf to a cape. 
Giant Windmill Shuriken and of course kunai.
 
Personality: Serious, stubborn and intimidating, uses foul language but is rather quiet. Has a strong grudge towards bandits because of past experiences. Believes they deserve no mercy or trust.
