The stick figure is Larry Daley (the nightgaurd from the movie).
The Great Valley is from The Land Before Time.
The idea for Sonic's line, "I have to pee, what do I do?", was from a Sonic X episode when Amy was sitting and not moving on a train with Chris. She says "I havs to blink, what do I do?"
