Mr. Persnickety is an awesome character from Mr. Men Show, and he wants everything perfect.
in every cartoon he's in, at the end he despairs (sometimes cries) because he never gets his way
Did you know that the guy that provides the voice for Mr. Persnickety is the same guy that provides the voice for the narrator at the beginning of every cartoon?
