I drew this picture when I was bored at my grandparents house when the TV wasn't working and I had no computer.
I honestly don't know how I came up with this. That's why I called it HTH or How the Heck!! O_o
I think in this picture I broke almost every fassion rule.
For coloring I just closed my eyes and picked a color and just picked a spot to put it.
Part of this outfit was inspired by Skye Sweetnam's video for her song "Number One"
