The title is has nothing to do with picture at all. If you were looking for a guy named Tyler saying huh then you came to the wrong place...

No, but really,

Tyler is just some dorky guy I spat out for no real reason. His story is he wanted to go to college for music or art but his uptight parents told him there is no money in it and that they would disown him if he went for that. So instead he went out and became an under cover cop. He's a newbie and completely clueless on just about everything in that field. All of the other cops like to play jokes on him and make him do embarrassing things; Tyler thinks that if he does all of it then they'll accept him into their little group.

aaahahaha!

Who is he talking to? Most likely his mother.
