The Wheel turntable from 1992. As you can see, this is based on the round 4 layout, but the quarters have switched places. The result, 2 $350 wedges sandwiching the "Lose a Turn" wedge.

I think this was used in 1996 or so, since the marquee was in the style used by the show at that time. Hopefully, we'll see an episode with this and get a better view of it.
