A picture of...Me. I don't draw myself often because I hate how I look, but here's what I look like guys.
I'M SO UGLYYY!!! =13pxIt's also kind of a three step visual on how I do realism.
Just like everything else I do, there is always a basic sketch. When shading, my tip is to use a soft brush (80 to 100% softness) on low opacity (about 5-9%) with a flow of around 80%. Of course this is black and white, but I use the exact same technique with colour once I pick my base colour and shades.
Enjoy having your eyes burned out by my hideousness. XD

I'M SO NOT CUTE!! Are your eyes burning yet? :DHahahaha! Do you want something from the very beginning? Like a PROPER TUTORIAL? Nah, I'm just kidding, you don't need a tutorial. Your art ROXORZ my SOXORZ. XD
It's not neccessarily the RIGHT way, there isn't really a right way to do it. Everyone has their own way of drawing realism. This is mine, and you're free to try it out and see how it goes for you. :D
I also use multiple references when doing realism. Even when creating a character of my own I always pick a few references of faces and chose different parts of the face from each to make the face I want. ;)

Is that due to my ugly? Because if it is, please don't sue me I'm poor. XDHmmm.....I might try this. It would probably be more than one part though. Realism tutorials are quite lengthly. LOL
