I like your character design. The composition of the 3 guys is nicely thought out. Composition and originality are key to good artwork. This is something you obviously understand very well. Keep the ideas fresh and the art distinctive (as you have with this pic) and you will go far.
You did great with this one my friend, keep going with the drawing and submit more work! I know you have it!!!
