Heres the dragon i promised you! i kinda think its a little crappy(like the scales). i did go to that one place you told me about and it was pretty cool!i didnt feel like drawing a body so maybe next time or something

That's not bad. You actually did a good job on the scales for a close-up like this. Just work on the leathery wrinkles on the face, some of them seem a bit randomly placed. Think of the shape of the skull when you do those.
