Chibi Avatar Boiz

One of my most popular pics over on DA. Going from left to right, we have: Jet, Zuko (and a cat), Haru, Sokka, and Aang. For the specs, this was drawn in openCanvas 3.02E Plus, each taking about 2 hours, making it a total of 10 hours for the lot of them... or something. I was never good at math. XD; Um, but continuing they were not as easy as they happen to look, especially Aang. x_x BUT I'll just talk at length about each one individually.

This whole thing started because of the lack of Jet fanart after the episode "Jet" aired. You'd think with him being the sex-muffin he is someone would wanna draw him, but alas no one liked him. ;_; So I thought I'd draw him. Unfortunately, I was on a chibi-spree, so he turned into a rather sexy chibi. He was highly inspired by Suikoden II, if only because of the overt excitement I was feeling for the soon-to-release Suikoden IV. Oh, the Tai Ho/Yam Koo feel of him! And Syujinkou2, but only minor in that respect.

Zuko ended up being (Princess) Flare's and Tai Yo's (Or is it Tai Ho? Stupid chef having a similar name as the fisherman.) lovechild. I don't recommend that pairing, but basically stick a Chinese chef and a princess in pirate garb together and you get Zuko's outfit. Yeah, something like that. I WAS HIGH ON GENSUI CAN YOU TELL? >.>; ...Then I stuck a cat in there because he was originally glaring at nothing.

Haru was the most fun EVAR. Pretty Pansy Princess(TM) Haru delivering a flower crown to his mommy, like a good girly-boy. =3 He wasn't based off anyone in GenSui, just my fervent need to stick Haru in a dress. His underskirt makes me happy, for realz. >D

Sokka ended up in nothing special but boring Water Tribe clothes and seal skin boots. And his gloves from my jrock version of him in AVaTar. Those gloves gave me so much pleasure to design, so why not slap 'em on his chibi form, hm? XD

Aang ended up being monsterously tall and I'm not entirely sure why. If I remember, I think it was because I getting sick of drawing chibis. His clothes are just a fancier version of his usual outfit, sans parachute effect. I enjoyed doing his boots for some reason, though. ^^;

And that's all there is. I'm not sure why everyone and there brother thinks this is awesome, but to each their own. I just think they're cute. ^_^ Especially Haru! *throws Jet-plushies his way*
