Hellmaster Phibrizzo playing with his balls! No-no, not like that. XD; The balls are his little toys and when they break the person whose life is contained in that particular ball ends. Anyway, awesome villain from Slayers NEXT. If you haven't watched Slayers, DO SO IMMEDIATELY OMG. Anyway, this was drawn in openCanvas3.02E Plus (as most everything I draw is) over the course of a few days. He probably took about 4 or 5 hours in total. I hope you all like him! =D
