I couldn't get a good scan of this... oh well. In prime I saw some of the concepts and think she should've seen a drastic redesign, but what I've seen from echoes... looks absolutely no different (bummer). Anyway her armor should be more rustic, and of course more form fitting to the human anatomy.

That is an impressive suit design. The short wings make for a nice addition too.

in echoes the varia suit hasnt changed but i like the dark and light suits.....they did a better job on echoes with not only changing the color of the suits, but the designs as well.

i agree that the suit should be both more rustic and more form fitting but dreams dont always come true.

i love concept art, and your interpretation is excellent. I especially like the middle picture. One niggling thing i noticed is that on the left picture the body looks to normal, i think it needs to be more slender and heroic. 
 
The concept art in the game is amazing. I especially like the backshot of samus lying down. Damn i wish i could draw that good.
