FINALLY!!!! It's done. My art trade with Ladychaos is of her OC and her dad, Akurai, in summer yukata. What Selina is holding is a Taro Mochi (Japanese snack). I believe the conversation they are having go something like...
Selina: Ya know dad, I remember when you use to take me to festivals and we would always get mochi together. I never really liked it, but you always insisted that we get them and I never knew why till I grew up and realized what they looked like... *sneers*
Akurai: S-selina!!! *blushes*
Only Selina could get away with a comment like that to her dad lol
So originally the picture was suppose to be Selina handing her father a treat from there childhood. Then when I did some research on japanese desserts I found my inspiration...

^^ I wasn't sure what Selina's dad personlity or hi relationship with Selina, but I figured I'd have fun with it lol Thanks! The face I gave Akuri made him look a little younger than planned though and that parasol was a BIATCH!

Akurai is accutualy supposed to be young in appearence however he is in his hundreds. Personality wise he is an 'eccentric' so I can imagine the both of them have alot of fun together.Selina: pervy dad! pervy dad!

I just adore their expressions! you've done a fantastic job on the Yukatas and I really like the detail on Selina's parasol, it really is increadable!
