Chapter 4 - I'm Sorry

 

Last Time:  Sakura was knocked out of her train of thought when she bumped into Naruto and Hinata.

Naruto was carrying a shopping bag and so was Hinata.

' Huh? oh, sorry guys.' said Sakura apologeticly.

' Don't worry 'bout it Sakura-Chan! ' said Naruto with a big grin 

' Wh--What are y-you----going to------wear---to the d---dance Sak---Sakura-chan?' Hinata stuttered.

' I don't know.' Sakura said as she looked down sadly.     

 

Hinata looked at Naruto, who just stared at Sakura with worried eyes.

' Sakura?' Naruto asked in barely a whisper.

' What's wrong?'

' Nothin.'  she said sadly.

' Sasuke he, he yelled at me.' she sobbed.

' Sasuke really likes you but, he doesn't know how to tell you.'

' Really?! ' said Sakura brightening up.

' Really.'

As if on cue Sasuke showed up and was looking down he, he looked embarassed.

He was standing next to Sakura when he muttered a soft, ' I'm sorry.'

She let a gasp escape her throat.

                                           ' Did Sasuke just say, ' I'm sorry. '  

             Inner: NO WAY!!!!!!!! SHANAROOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! CHA, HE STILL LOVES ME!!!!!!!!!!

                                                        ' Shut UP!!! '
