Neighani is really hyperactive and a bit of a clutz. She loves to train and battle. She trains herself on occasions. Her Favorite Pokemon are Raichu and Persian. Her Travel Pokemon

Background:
Neighani grew up in a really big city with her Mother. Since her father was barley around, she would usually hang out with her brother. When she was two, she recived a Green and Black Pokeball. She hasn't found out the Pokemon inside yet.

Looks:
Neighani wears a Green hat with a Pokemon sign on it. Her hair is Burgundy-Brown which she always has out. A Black vest with a white halter top under. A ruffled green skirt. A green scarf, and Black High Socks, and Green Boots.

Personalty:
Neighani is a bit Over-Hyperactive and a bit of a loud mouth. She battles alot but cares to her Pokemon if they're hurt. She also is a defender so if anyone starts with her, get ready to have a non-stop argument.
