Sickness turns to insanity

Empty thoughts fill the head

Screams never given voice to

Thoughts that went unsaid.



Blood flows like a river

Mixes with these tears

Scrams have gone unheeded

Restless with the years.



Dying in the morning

Bleeding in the dawn

Screaming in the night

All chance of survival gone.



Toasts of blood

And fleshy feasts

Carnal images of the mind

And senses of the beast.



Midnight love of ruin

Save me from the pain

Bring me back to life

Sensation through the body

Mind becoming numb

Thoughts becoming slow and sticky

Ears begin to hum.



Body now is limp

A new ruler has been ordained

Nothing now to do

No one now to blame.



Led back to life

But it isn't really real

How coy the pain can be

How joyous not to feel.



Eyes windows to the soul

Standing wide like open doors

Inside is waiting blackness

Right down to the empty core.

Lead me now back home

Revive me from the cold

You can't just leave me here

Free me from the hold.



Look into my soul

Look into my eyes

See the pain inside

See how hard I cry.



Frozen inside without the touch

Nothing is the only thing around

This place haunts

My once pleasant dreams

Immortalized forever in my mind

Is less than what it seems.
