Love Me



They say you love me

But I can't tell if it is true

If they were telling the truth

I am afraid

Afraid that you think you get what you see

In some cases it is true

I am not one of those cases

I act strong because of what's inside

Inside me is fear

I act strong because of the fear inside me

I would cry every day

But then I seem worthless

They say you love me but

Can I believe them

Or are they trying to destroy me

Destroy me inside

Destroy me outside

Should I believe them

Or should I let go

And let life pass me by
