When you look at me….

Who do you see?

Just a face in the crowd?

No one to care about?

Just another someone you see

Never an actual me

No one to ever learn about….

That is who I appear to be, to you

Because you never try to learn the truth that lies behind the doors



For all you know,

I may be murderer

For all you know,

I may love dolls

For all you know,

I may be friendly

For all you know,

I might not be who I appear to be

For all you know,

I like to sing

For all you know,

I may have a dream

For all you know,

I may be a whore

For all you know….

You know nothing



Never trying to get past the doors,

I'm just another face in the crowd to you

Just another someone,

Just another no one….



You think I'm a freak

Just `cus I don't follow the mainstream

Well guess what….

Under it all….

I'm just like you…

That's right, I'm a human, too

You see the outside

And think you know the inside

You think you know who I am…

But you don't have a clue

Because you never bother to learn what's behind closed doors



I may look like a freak…

I may seem like a no one…

I may be, just another no one to you

But you'll never know the truth

Until you bother to learn
