Fe took a step towards her.
She was afraid.
“Please InuYasha...�
She was unable to finish.
He was running towards her.
He didn’t remember her....
....that’s what she had been afraid of.
“Wait InuYasha...Please remember me....�
It wasn’t working.
He continued to come closer,
and closer,
and closer.
He was close enough for Kagome to notice
his razor sharp claws and fangs.
She was afraid he was going to kill her...
But she didn’t move.
If she had to die to save him,
then so be it.
She would make that sacrifice for him...
She’d do anything for him.
“Hee, hee, hee.�
“InuYasha please come back.�
It was to late.
He had already struck her.
Kagome’s arm was bleeding
badly.
She was in pain,
but she didn’t scream.
She just stood there,
trying to get through to him.
InuYasha.
“InuYasha, it’s me....Kagome.�
The moment he heard her name
he paused.
He was trying to remember...
But he couldn’t.
So once again he attacked her..
Cutting her waist...
But this time,
as he was backing away,
she grabbed him.
If her words couldn’t reach him,
maybe her scent could.
InuYasha tried fearsly to get away...
But something about being in her arms calmed him down.
“InuYasha,�
she whispered.
“I love you.�
InuYasha stopped struggling.
Kagome glanced over to his face.
His eyes...
They were golden yellow,
those were the eyes she remembered.
“Ka—gome...�
