Chapter 1 - SAMPLE

Andrea locked her fingers in Brian’s hair. She was swallowed by the overwhelming impulse to get closer to his body, and yet this was impossible. Brian’s arms had already binded them together so tightly, there was no space between their bodies. They were no longer two separate beings, but one. Andrea was gasping for air, her lungs shrieking in protest. She couldn’t breathe-not that she wanted to.
Finally, Brian’s lips left Andrea’s, and moved slowly to her ear. “We’re not so different, you and I,” he whispered, clearly breathless from their kiss. His golden hair glowed like an angel’s halo under the icey moonlight. Slowly, Brian’s hold on Andrea slackened, and their eyes met.
“Isn’t that funny, when we are phorbidden to be together?” Andrea murmmured, her voice colored with contempt. A smirk surfaced on Brian’s flawless face, and Andrea sighed.
“I love you, and that’s not about to change.”
