Chapter 1 - Untitled
Carelessly I walk out through the night.
Listening to all the sounds the city brings.
I walk, nobody noticing me,
Nobody is caring for me, nobody is listening to me.
With my wings tucked back, nobody notices that,
I am alone in this world no one to turn to.
But then suddenly, I notice something.
I am always free to do anything.
I spread my wings and soar real high to new heights.
With my new motivation, it’s a new sensation,
And I’m flying again.
I am loved again, I am noticed again.
People fly with me even if I fly alone, in my heart.
The day has come, and I’m in the city again.
People are giving me warmth and a since of security.
Something I never had until I spread my wings and flew.

Thats a really beautiful poem, I love the idea of people having wings and flying, you captured the emotion beautifully.
