Maybe she does.... But The Tono Region is So big it has MANY MANY Pokemon *even though half of the exadik Pokemon are in the Tono Zoo that goes on for Miles* So it is Possible that she could have a Rampardous... You'll see on the next chapter.But she does have a few Tono Region Pokemon, if you wana see some of the New Tono Pokemon go to my story "The Journey: Click here to Continue Your Pokemon Journey", Just go to the chapter that says "The Results" and you'll see all who won and you can go to their Profile and find all of their winning Pokemon. Not to mention I am about to submit one of the new Tono Region Pokemon that will be one of the 3 pokemon Star Uses... =D
