It was a cold night in december
It was snowing
It is not nice to remember
It is a memory you will carry
Your whole life
When you get a boyfriend you can marry
When you get old
When he pasts away
When you at last dies with a terrible cold
You will always remember the night
When your child drowned
With a cry of fright
