Chapter 3 - Developed

It was a beautiful
, clear
, and sunny day in Amity Park. Until suddenly, a very fierce, dark and
fright
ening
storm erupted! Thunder boomed everywhere with terror, and Lightning decorated the sky. Rain poured down on the city, as if a waterfall were surround
ing it
everywhere. Strong winds started to knock over, and destroy everything in sight, until suddenly, all the
commotion
came to a
halt.[br]
[br]
Meanwhile at the Fenton residence, a light, but firm sarcastic voice fills the basement.[br]
[br]

"Ok. Was THAT any better father?" Chris asked her father, with an exhausted look on her face, as she calmed the storms in the sky. [br]
[br]
"That was pretty good Chris. Just try not to make your storms to powerful. We don't want a hurricane ripping Amity Park apart now do we?" Danny explained to his daughter.[br]
[br]
"We don't?" Chris asks curiously with a mischievous smirk.[br]
[br]
"Chris..." Danny glares at his daughter warningly.[br]
[br]
"...No sir..." Chris says softly.[br]
[br]
Danny then added quickly, "But other than that you did a great job sweetie! I can see the growth in your ability to create storms with your emotions is coming rather nicely. I'm proud of you."[br]
[br]
Chris's expression remains blank, but a little smile forms on her face. [br]
[br]
"Thanks dad." [br]
[br]
[br]
Then floating out of the basement, Danny calls out from the control room. [br]
[br]
"Ok Lilith! You're next honey!" [br]
[br]
Lilith floats into the basement anxiously, with her jet black pig tails bouncing all around her.[br]
[br]
"I'm ready daddy! I can't wait to show you what I can do! I've been practicing really hard! All day! All week! All Month! All..."[br]
[br]
"CAN YOU JUST GET ON WITH IT ALREADY?! There are other children who just want to get their observations over with! So they can be on time for their ENTERTAINING PROGRAMS ON TV!" [br]
[br]
Lilith glares at her younger brother, and then turns back to her dad.[br]
[br]
Danny smiles then spoke into the micro phone. [br]
[br]
"Ok sweetie. Show me what you can do with the ice powers you're learning." [br]
[br]
Lilith nods happily, and then waits as her dad set up ghost targets in the room. Then making her hands glow a bright light blue, she hits the targets perfectly. Suddenly, her ghost sense alarmed her that a ghost was nearby. So without turning around, she blasts her icy blasts all around the room. Lilith emerges out of the now icy and freezing room, smiling happily at her dad in the control room.[br]
[br]
"How did I do daddy?!" Lilith asked loudly. “Did you see me?! I didn't even have to turn around to hit the ghost target!" [br]
[br]
Danny shivering and shaking from the cold atmosphere simply just gave his daughter a thumb up and sneezed.[br]
[br]
Lilith then claps joyfully, and then skips upstairs.[br]
[br]
"O-ok...D...Donnie you're N...N...ACHOO! Next."[br]
[br]

Donnie carelessly walks into the freezing basement getting ready to show his dad what he could do with his powers. [br]
[br]
Meanwhile, upstairs in the living room, a discouraged four year old Tammy Fenton bounces a red ball across the floor.[br]
[br]
"I'm telling you Ali, It's just not fair!"[br]
[br]
Four year old Alison Foley caught the bouncing ball, and said to Tammy,[br]
[br]
"Aw Tammy I'm sure you'll grow into your powers eventually." [br]
[br]
Tammy sighed and snapped.[br]
[br]
"Yeah eventually...Gee that won't take long at all!" [br]
[br]
Tammy was getting ready to catch the ball when suddenly the ball goes right through her. Feeling puzzled, Tammy goes over to get the ball, and throw it to her friend. Ali not really noticing what happened throws the ball back over to Tammy. But just as Tammy's hands reach out to catch the ball, the ball goes right through Tammy again.[br]
[br]
"Wow Tam, you sure are a lousy catcher today huh?" [br]
[br]
Tammy glares at Ali in confusion, and defends herself.[br]
[br]
“Hey! It's not my fault! You saw me catch the ball. My grip just slipped."[br]
[br]
"Whatever you say Tammy." Ali responds, and then throws the ball back at Tammy. Tammy not noticing the ball was coming towards her stomach waits for the ball to land in her out stretched hands. Suddenly the ball goes right through Tammy's stomach, and bounces softly against the wall. Ali's eyes widened in shock, she just stared, and gasped at Tammy. Tammy looked confused at Ali, still clueless waiting for the ball. [br]
[br]
"Why are you staring at me like that? Are you going to throw the ball or what?" Tammy asked confused and freaked out by her friend's flabbergasted look. [br]
[br]
"T...Th...The...ball! T...Tammy...stomach...bounced through!" Ali stuttered in fear and shock.[br]
[br]
Tammy raised an eyebrow in confusion as she went to get the ball, and throw it to Ali again. Ali tries to get over what she just saw, and catches the ball, throwing it back to Tammy, only for it to go through her stomach again, without Tammy noticing it.[br]
[br]
"And you call me lousy? You can't even throw the ball right." Tammy smirked but then frowned with concern when she saw Ali take off her glasses, to rub her widened eyes. [br]
[br]
"Ali? What’s wrong? Are you alright?" Tammy asked with concern.[br]
[br]
Ali slightly shaking in fear of her friend stutters softly.[br]
[br]
"I...I...d-didn't miss...the ball...it...went...it went..."[br]
[br]
"What about the ball?" Tammy asked.[br]
[br]
Ali continues, slightly calming down. [br]
[br]
"The ball...it went...right through you!"[br]
[br]
Tammy raised her eyebrow at her friend.[br]
[br]
"Huh?" [br]
[br]
"I said it went right through you! The ball went right through you Tammy!" Ali exclaimed.[br]
[br]
Tammy thought Ali was a little crazy, until she picked up the ball, only for it to go through her hands, and bounce softly on the floor. Then feeling a little freaked out, Tammy throws the ball up into the air, waiting for it to come down and hit her in the face. The ball bounced all the way to the ceiling, but when it came down, it bounced through Tammy's face until it hit against the floor. [br]
[br]
Tammy's eyes widened, as she repeated the same action again, and again, only for the same results to happen again, and again.[br]
[br]
Tammy's eyes widened even more, as she exclaimed to her friend, [br]
[br]
"Ali! Do you know what this means?!" [br]
[br]
"Y...you're s...some kind of freak? Or...some kind...of magical being who scares the heck out me?" Ali asked stuttering, and backing up when Tammy got closer to her.[br]
[br]
“No silly! It means I just went intangible! That's a ghost power!" Tammy shouted with excitement to the point it threw Ali across the room...Literally.[br]
[br]
"Oh my goodness Ali! I'm sorry! Are you alright?!" Tammy asked loudly with concern, only for Ali to be thrown across the room until she landed in the kitchen, on top of the table. [br]
[br]
"Do I look alright?! You just totally scared me! Then threw me across the room with your voice! And on top of the table at that! By this jar of cookies...THANKS GIRL!" Ali exclaimed excitedly and grabs a cookie out of the jar.[br]
[br]
Tammy stood in the kitchen, pondering the events that just happened. "Wait a second...I threw you across the room...with my voice?" Tammy watched her friend nod, with her mouth full of cookies. Her light blue eyes sparkling with realization, Tammy shouts with excitement.[br]
[br]
"Ali! That was another ghost power! In fact that's one of the most powerful bestest ghost powers ever! It's the ghost wail! I did a ghost wail! YAHOO!" Tammy jumps up and down excitedly, with her hands up in the air only for her hands to glow a bright light green, and ecto blast the ceiling until the sky was suddenly noticeable to the eye. Ali jumped in alarm, and avoided the house debris falling from the giant hole in the ceiling. Then turning to alert her friend, she jumps in alarm once again to see Tammy jump up and down till she started to float higher, and higher, and higher. Until she went through the hole in the ceiling, and floated up into a cloud."[br]
[br]
Ali watched her friend shout in excitement. Noticing Tammy's cluelessness, of how she flew up, and away. [br]
[br]
"Tammy..." [br]
[br]
Still looking up at the blue sky, Ali didn't notice her friend appear so suddenly right behind her, eating a cookie, and floating. [br]
[br]
"Yeah Ali?"[br]
[br]

Ali yelped, and jumped, as the shock threw her off of the table. Trying to get back up, and find her glasses, Ali scans the floor. Until she noticed Tammy disappeared once again. [br]
[br]
"You dropped these Ali." Tammy suddenly reappeared in front of Ali holding out her glasses." Ali yelped again, holding her chest. [br]
[br]
"Quit scaring me like that! Where did you go? And how did you just suddenly...be right in front of me?! Tell me!" Ali demanded.[br]
[br]
Tammy raised an eyebrow at her friend swallowing the last bit of chocolate chip cookie, and shrugged. "I've always been behind you Ali. What are you talking about? Except that moment where I kind of flew through the sky. But other than that, I came right back into the house to get a cookie. But when I came in here I saw you staring up at the sky."[br]
[br]
Ali gaped at Tammy, reaching out a shaky hand to retrieve her glasses form Tammy's grasp. [br]
[br]
"I don't know what's up with you girl, but this is seriously tripping me out! I didn't even see you leave! I mean I didn't even see you not leave! I mean...Wait that doesn't make sense...I..." [br]
[br]
"Wait a second! You said you didn't see me NOT leave?!" Tammy asked her friend anxiously.[br]
[br]
Ali still puzzled just nods through the confusion. [br]
[br]
"THAT MEANS I WENT INVISIBLE! THAT'S ANOTHER COOL GHOST POWER!" Tammy exclaimed with excitement once again, as well as throwing Ali across the kitchen into the living room with her voice.[br]
[br]
"WILL YOU PLEASE STOP DOING THAT?!" Ali screamed. "Your ghostly wail or whatever seriously freaks me out!" [br]
[br]
Tammy floated into the living room. “Wait a minute...I did another ghostly wail? But how did I do that? Usually when my daddy or anyone else does a ghost wail, they are exhausted... But with me it's just coming so naturally..." Tammy pondered then widened her light blue eyes with excitement once more. [br]
[br]
“THAT MUST MEAN THAT THE GHOSTLY WAIL MUST BE MY INNER ABILITY! JUST LIKE CHRIS HAS HER STORM POWERS, DONNIE HAS HIS REPLICATION POWERS, AND LILITH HAS HER ICE POWERS!" Tammy shouted with excitement. [br]
[br]
"THAT MEANS I HAVE ALL MY GHOST POWERS! I HAVE ALL OF THEM!" Tammy pranced all around the room, and hugged Ali very tightly floating off the ground with her friend still in her arms.[br]
[br]
"I HAVE ALL MY POWERS! THAT MEANS I CAN FIGHT JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! I CAN BE APART OF MY FAMILY! OH DADDY WILL BE SO PROUD OF ME! I'VE GOT TO GO TELL HIM! I'VE GOT TO TELL DADDY! " [br]
[br]
"DADDY! DAAADDDDDDYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"[br]
[br]
Tammy shouted, then immediately dropped Ali carelessly to the floor, zooming off into the basement.[br]
[br]
Ali's heart pounded rapidly, as she watched her friend zoom off with no delay. Then putting on her glasses, she stares off into nowhere in total silence, until she mutters,[br]
[br]
"...I need a cookie..."[br]
[br]
And with that Ali shakily gets up and walks into the kitchen.[br]
[br]
