Was cast into the Transbassal Empire in a small shuttle disguised as a trading vessel. Picked
Up and looked after by an elderly couple on a trading post planet under the control of the Transbassal; Sargasso looked like an average kid as he grew up.
At the age of 18, he was enlisted into a voluntary defence force; as Val-Fasq descended onto the planet. There were no other survivors other than Sargasso, although he was unconscious when the Transbassal military arrived, and immediate suspicion fell upon Charles. He escaped from the holding camp he was being detained in a couple of weeks ago; killing multiple guards in the process.
If encountered on ground, keep your wits about you, in space, try to cripple the engines and bring him in.

He originally came to the Empire to seek stronger opponents than those on Lodi, and was inscribed into a local arena on Transbassal. He was briefly seen at a crime scene a few days ago; Four plain clothed police were seen dead at his feet, he fled the scene soon after, and the Empire is now initiating a universal search for him, after more and more bodies are piled up against his name.
