Chapter 1 - I'm frightened
Chapter 1 - I'm frightened
I'm frightened.
If I lost her I fear shed be gone forever.
I have done nothing,
I am innocent;
And yet they lie and accuse me.
As I have stated,
I have done nothing.
I would never hurt her.
I will let death consume me before that.
She now doubts my word,
All because of my so-called friends.
Now I wait;
Wait for her decision.
To fall into her loving arms,
Or to be cast into a Hell on earth.
I wait in silence,
To be accused or forgiven by the holder of my heart.
But whatever her decision may be;
I will still love her,
Love her till the day I die and beyond.
For my accusers are wrong.
And here I sit,
Penning these lines,
Waiting,
Waiting,
In silence.
