Chapter 8 - Sand!!!

I'm back in Konoha, packing some things for my trip back to Sand. I walk out of my home's door, only to be pounced on by Milli and Nara.
"Sonai!!!! The Chuunin exams!!! It's almost the Chuunin Exams!!!!" they both screech at the same time.
"Your right. Well, good luck." I say walking past them.
"B-but arent you go-gonna watch us?" Nara asks.
"I'll come back and watch you guys. I promise!" I say ruffling their hair.
"Where ya goin'?" Milli asks, all hyper, when she sees my travel pack.
"Back to Sand. Didnt know I used to live there, did ya?"
Nara gets a serious look on her face.
"Y-your Sand?"
"Yup!"
"I-I'm Snow. Our vil-villages are natural en-enemies."
"Really? I dont pay attention to that stuff. I hate wars. All pointless and biased." I say , with a carefree tone.
"I WANNA GO WITH YOU!!!" Milli yells, really loud.
"Ooow! Why?" I say, putting a hand up to the ear she yelled in.
"Just 'cause! Nara wants to go too! Right Nara?" Milli says elbowing Nara in the ribs.
"F-fine." Nara says, poking Milli in the arm.
I stop Milli's counter poke.
"Fine. You guys can come. Hurry home and pack, then meet me at the gate."
"Yay! We get to go to Sand!" Milli squeals.
"Yay." Nara says unenthusiasticly.
~Crazy kids.~ I think shaking my head.
