O.K. My cousins and I made him up so Hanukah could have a guy like Santa
Hanukah Charlie is a guy he lives in Down Town Detroit in the sewers. Every night of Hanukah he comes through your drainpipe and put little derides, gelt (the chocolate cash) and latkes under the menorah. Oh Charlie also gets around by 8 sewer rats...On Passer, on Gasser, on Masser and Nixon, on Donnet, on Putrid on Shonner and Ritzin!
