I long to stand where
Boundaries have fallen
To feel a true freedom
Comforted by the light
A vast abyss of life
And there is only me
Alone for eternity
To escape reality
Run from pain
The night is my loneliness
The day, my strength
To hide on the edge of earth
Until the world is faded
And I am left with nothing
But memories
