Chapter 1 - Mistaken Identity
she was gone in a flash
right before my eyes
when that hammer came down
that was the end of our lives
what drove her to this
her diary told
she really loved me
even though I was heartless and cold
her diary said
there's only one thing she regrets
is telling me this
the day that we met
it said she was going to kill herself
because I would always decline
her requests to go out with her
when the day was just fine
she though I hated her
because of this
so she thought she was
granting my wish
if only I told her
about my love
and I could be
with my turtle dove
so as I knelt there
next to her on the ground
I reached for the gun
and thats when I found
it wasn't her
lying there dead
it was me
with a bullet in my head
it was her kneeling there
getting ready to shoot
with a letter in her hand
and blood on her boots
before she shot
herself in the heart
she said she couldn't
stand being apart
when she pulled the trigger
there was a bery loud blast
she must have thought to herself
that we can be together at last
when she appeared next to me
I revealed my love
she said I love you to
my sweet turtle dove
right before my eyes
when that hammer came down
that was the end of our lives
what drove her to this
her diary told
she really loved me
even though I was heartless and cold
her diary said
there's only one thing she regrets
is telling me this
