Chapter 4 - Lied

Why did you leave...?
You promised you’d never leave us,
But I was a fool to believe you!!
I knew it was too good to be true!!
You lied about everything!
You were suppose to be mommy's friend,
You stick together until the end!!!
We don’t know who or what to trust anymore because of you!
Ever since you left, I don’t know what to do!
You were out of the few people we could trust on earth,
But you were the one who caused the hurt!
I have scars to prove that fateful night,
You say sorry, but we've been too nice!
A back-stabber isn't a friend!
Mommy tried to make it work, but it’s at its end!
I can’t take it anymore, I cannot lie,
I’m sick of it, I hate to cry!
You knew it all along, but you didn’t care,
You went ahead and made us stare!
Saying that it’s alright doesn’t make us forgive you,
Trust me, you have a lot of work to do!
There are many things we can say to you right now,
But we just don’t know how!
I know: This is my point of view
The only people you really care about...is your ex-wife, and you!!
If you loved us, you would have stayed!!!
You lied about your friendship as it fade!
Mommy trusted you, loved you!
But now she and I know the truth from the lies,
We can see them in your eyes!!
If you knew what was best for us, you would have stayed by our side!!
But you lied!!!!
