Blog Entry: Preview Week! - GeneX: the Series
Can't talk. E3 overload. Oh, right, this thing. Very well...
One day, I started getting idea after idea. It was then that I knew that GeneX: the Series would be getting a second season. I pretty much have another season's worth of ideas. Of course, it's way early to really think about it. I need to finish the story I'm doing before starting anything new. But this wouldn't be much of a preview week if I stopped at day 1.
Basically, Season 2 of GeneX: the Series is designed to fill some gaps in the overall series. Nothing particularly big, but... One thing I'm considering is writing a short conclusion to GeneX Chronicles, thereby making that story canon again, and bringing Shade into the series! Another gap to fill: how come Blaze can get to Sonic's world so easily now? (example: Sonic Generations; Mario & Sonic games; Sonic Colors DS too I think...) I'd like to do a chapter addressing that. I got a couple just for the heck of it concepts, as well, like a chapter starring Gator. XP
Those are just a sampling of what season 2 may bring. I haven't determined when I'll start on it yet. Most likely sometime next year...well, I'll be back tomorrow!
