Daughter Goggles

I took a picture of dad, later found it on my camera roll & for a second I was like "who's this old man?" Before I realized that I see him everyday through daughter goggles. Son & daughter goggles are invisible things that make one's parents appear to look the same as they did during childhood.

This reminds me of Kyo Kara Maoh and how young Conrad's father look during a flashback episode, though the narrator seeing him that way was not his son. It was a bit exaggerated in the show, but that does sort of happen.

It also ties in with a father daughter moment in my original story, which I really need to get around to writing sometime.
