While I do have a level 62 Tauren Hunter with over 4000 gold, I'm not giving her away. Yep, bait n' switch, get over it.
BUT NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION!
Read it. I don't care if it's tl;dr, READ IT.
I'm in the business for commissioning a well-skilled custom plush artist. Now, I've never comissioned for a custom plush before, so if you start throwing websites and termonology at me, and/or scream "ETSY YOU prick dog N00B", I'm going to look at you the way a bulldog mindless stares at an answering machine when he hears his master's voice on it.
Also, I've attempted etsy; there are no plushes for sale of what I'm hunting for, and after reading etsy's copywrite policy, I'm scared to make a request-bid on the Alchemy (I'm 22 and eat ramens and/or poptarts for my three meals - until I become a billionaire selling the hardcore Pickles porn I've drawn and got stashed under my bed, I can't afford to be sued right now).
What I'm Hunting:
I have been resisting the urge, but frack I can't anymore. I want a Toki plush. A cat-boy Toki plush, at least 12 inches in size (if not bigger, up to 16 inches), and "chibi", sickeningly cute. I won't be picky on colors - as long as the colors are close enough, I won't dog. Basic fabrics are fine (I assume the common ones used for the majority of anime plushes) - only specific fabric-thing is microfiber feline ears/tail. Doesn't have to have the Flying V or any of that nonsense. Clothes would be nice - if I wanted a real doll I'd order one (and I could... and I think I will after I finish this). Basic clothing - like the little bugger has on the show. S'fine.
What I'm Paying:
Happy to pay anything $500 and under (though I severally doubt I'd buy a custom for that much. That's just my spending limit on the thing). I figure it'll cost anywhere between $40 to $80 (give or take), which is fine.
I can pay with paypal, no problem.
When I expect it:
I would like to receive the plush before the very end of October (the 29th), but I'm aware that is an EXTREMELY short time frame for such a project, so I don't expect that, and I certainly won't pitch a fit if it can't be met. I will, however, be willing to pay extra if it can be done.
If not, I'm very patient as long as I'm given updates (Like, if it takes three months, I may mail the artist once a month, or check up on any commission progress they post publicly). As long as I can somehow know what's going on, it can be 6 months for all I care.
References I will use:
I'll give these to the artist myself. Basically they're just be screens of Toki, a WIP of a kitty-Toki pic I've drawn, and references to other plushes.
