Help please!

Not sure if anybody's been paying attention, but I may have mentioned recently that I have the stomach flu. It's not the stomach flu. It's been going on for over two weeks now. I called my psychiatrist to see if any of my medications could be causing it, and he said no and that he was baffled as to why my body would be doing this. So I went into my general practitioner this Saturday and suprise suprise, they were just as baffled...with one exception. They thought my medications WERE causing the nausea and vomiting! I felt so confused...So I called my psychiatrist again just to make sure. He is taking me off one medication that I really don't need anyway, and I've been on it for over a year and it's never done anything to me...go figure. I am so, SO confused. Does anybody (preferably with some medical background or previous experience) have any idea what's going on? I can describe the symptoms for you in perfect detail if you want... Even if you don't have the slightest clue, just a comment or get-well picture would be nice. I'm feeling really depressed right now. I'm just so tired of being sick and it seems like nobody has any answers for me.
