Okay, here's some characters I know of that time-travel... I got rid of spoilers.

Chibiusa (from Sailor Moon)
Fami (from Ojamajo Doremi)
Baby (from Super Monkey Ball, he is Aiai and Meemee's son)
Mamoru (one of Rae's Klonoa fan-characters, he is Klonoa and Kisho's dad...)
Sunnita/Sunny (My first Klonoa fan-character, she is Klonoa and Lolo's daughter)
